From Artwork to Delivery: How a Custom Sticker Order Works
Follow a custom StickerWali order through configuration, secure payment, artwork upload, proof approval, production, quality check and tracked pickup.
Knowing what happens after checkout makes a custom print order easier to plan. StickerWali connects the specification, artwork, proof and fulfilment stages to one order number so customers can follow progress from payment confirmation to pickup and delivery.
1. Configure the sticker
Choose the shape, material, finish, size and quantity that match the intended use. The price summary appears after quantity selection. International visitors see eligible USD quantities, while Indian customers see INR options and applicable GST at checkout.
2. Upload artwork and complete payment
Attach the relevant design, check the cart and provide delivery details. A confirmed order is created in order management only after Razorpay verifies the payment. Checkout attempts without payment confirmation remain separate from confirmed orders.
3. Review and approve the proof
The order moves into proof preparation, and the proof is attached to the order. The customer receives an email with the proof and an approval button. Approval updates the order so production can continue with a clear record of the accepted artwork.

4. Production, quality check and pickup
After production, the order progresses through quality check and ready for pickup. When the parcel is picked up, the carrier name, airway bill number and tracking link can be added. Customers receive status updates and can also use the Track Order page with their order number.
