    Shipping Policy

    Production & Dispatch

    All orders are printed and ready to dispatch within 24-48 hours. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    Delivery Timeline

    • Standard Shipping: 4-5 days across India
    • Express Shipping: 1-2 days across India
    • Same Day Delivery: Available in Delhi NCR only

    Shipping Charges (India)

    Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight and delivery location.

    • Standard Shipping: ₹150
    • Express Shipping: Additional ₹150
    • Same Day Shipping (Delhi NCR only): ₹199

    International Shipping

    We ship worldwide by air from India. International orders are dispatched through DHL Express, FedEx, or International Small Packet Post, depending on the destination and order weight. A tracking number and tracking link are shared by email as soon as your parcel is picked up.

    • Minimum order quantity: 500 stickers for international orders
    • DHL Express / FedEx: 7-12 business days, fully trackable door to door
    • International Small Packet Post: 10-21 business days, limited tracking in some countries
    • Shipping charges: USD 50 (up to 500 stickers), USD 100 (501-2,000 stickers), USD 200 (over 2,000 stickers)

    Delivery timelines start after production (24-48 hours) and exclude customs clearance time.

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    International prices do not include Indian GST. However, import duties, VAT/GST and customs clearance charges levied by the destination country are not included in the order value and are payable by the recipient. StickerWali is not responsible for delays caused by customs, nor for parcels refused or abandoned at customs; such orders are not eligible for a refund.

    Delivery Areas

    We deliver across India and ship worldwide by air. Remote areas may have extended delivery times. Please ensure your full address, ZIP/postal code, country and a reachable phone number are correct — carriers cannot deliver without them, and re-shipping charges for incorrect addresses are payable by the customer.

    Order Tracking

    Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking details. You can track your order anytime using your order number (e.g., STW#0001) on our Track Order page. The tracking page shows your order's progress through all stages: Received, Proof Preparation, Printing, Quality Check, Dispatched, and Delivered.

    Shipping Delays

    While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or public holidays. We will notify you of any significant delays.
