Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
• Debit Cards
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Net Banking
• Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay)

Pricing & Currency

Prices for customers in India are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes (GST). Shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

International customers are billed in US Dollars (USD). USD prices do not include Indian GST. Import duties, VAT and customs charges in the destination country are payable by the recipient. Your bank or card issuer may apply a currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control.

International Payments

• International orders are paid online in USD by credit or debit card through our secure payment gateway
• Minimum order quantity for international orders is 500 stickers
• Orders are confirmed and sent to production only after the payment is successfully verified
• Refunds on international orders are returned in USD to the original card; exchange-rate differences and bank fees are not refundable

Order Confirmation

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email and SMS. This confirmation includes your order number, order details, and estimated delivery date.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through secure payment gateways. We do not store your complete card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption.

Failed Transactions

If your payment fails but the amount is debited from your account:

• The amount will be automatically refunded within 5-7 business days
• Contact your bank if the refund is delayed
• Reach out to us with the transaction details for assistance

Invoice & GST

A GST-compliant invoice will be sent to your registered email address after successful order placement. For bulk orders requiring specific GST billing, please provide your GSTIN during checkout.

Promotional Codes

• Promotional codes can only be applied once per order
• Codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specified
• We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotional offers at any time
• Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value
